Botox and Dysport are primarily used to reduce the appearance of moderate to severe forehead wrinkles and crow’s feet (around the eyes). Injected Botox blocks the signal from the nerves to the muscles which prevents them from contracting. The result is a softening and relaxing of wrinkles in the injected area.
